Course Disclosures

Before enrolling in the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course please review the following disclosures:

 

    • RCCLLC provides online-only access to the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course through your RCCLLC Student Dashboard. The course is not provided in any other format or accessible by any other means.
    • The cost of your selected course is $25 for a Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course lasting 4 hours. This course is offered exclusively by internet. Payment can be made using credit card, debit card or prepaid card.
    • All students of the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course must review the material for the minimum time selected and meet any additional course requirements in order to be certified as having completed the course.
    • The components of the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course are intended for educational purposes only. The presentation of this material is not intended to constitute mental health therapy, give information on specific mental health disorders nor medications to treat mental health disorders. Participants are encouraged to discuss specific mental health questions with a licensed mental health therapist of their choice.
    • The legal component of the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course shall provide general Florida family law principles. The presentation of this material is not intended to constitute legal advice and the course material must direct the participant to consult with a licensed attorney for answers to specific legal questions.
    • If this course is being taken to fulfill a court, legal, or professional requirement, RCCLLC recommends that the students gain approval from the entity requiring course completion prior to beginning any Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course.
    • Upon successful completion of all course requirements RCCLLC will provide the student with a digital certificate of course completion in a PDF document file format.
    • RCCLLC may, at its discretion, share your Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course status with a third party when deemed appropriate, such as an inquiry made by a court official or law enforcement agency. This information may include, but is not limited to, your date of course enrollment, progress withing the course, date of course completion, and associated course documents such as enrollment confirmation letters and certificates of completion.
    • RCCLLC prohibits the modification of any documents provided in association with your enrollment in the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course. This applies to any and all letters, cards, and certificates of course completion. Doing so may result in your original documents being invalidated and suspension of your student profile access without credit or refund. RCCLLC also maintains the right to provide legitimate, original documents to any third party that has presented a modified document for verification.
      • By selecting “Accept” you are certifying that you have read and understood the above disclosures and agree to be bound by them. If you select “Decline” the enrollment process will end and a profile will not be created for you.
